Description: Seeking BC/BE Urology Physician Day shift Completion of residency and fellowship training. Current Medical License by Kentucky Board of Licensure required. In addition, the following certifications are required: BLS, AHA-ACLS, ATLS, PALS and NRP Competitive salary guarantee for one-two years then moving to a quality/production based salary with full benefits.
