Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join a growing program --Bread and butter Ob/GYN with OB call, deliveries, prenatal care responsibilities, gynecology, dedicated OR block time. --Join a collaborative team of six ObGyns, six advanced practice providers, and two dedicated Laborists. --Integrated midwife program with physician collaboration. --First-call system with a designated backup provider in place to ensure balanced coverage and support. --Access to the DaVinci Robot for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. --Annual births: ~ 700 --$50,000 Sign On Bonus --Enhanced compensation package with opportunity to earn productivity incentive --Non-Profit Health System, Employed Model *PSLF Eligible• --Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance --Paid Parental Leave --Medical, dental and vision insurance --Short and long-term disability --Group Life insurance --Tuition assistance for self, dependent and/or spouse/domestic partner --Robust retirement plans --Customary and reasonable moving expenses --Salary Range: $390,000-$406,666 J Visa OK, H Visa OK
