Description: Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join their surgical service program Employed position with hospital privileges Procedures include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and endoscopies Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM schedule-3 weeks on/1 week off, which provides 13 weeks off each year - Sick time also included Shared Call Surgical cases per month: 270 Ability to work with a team of experienced CRNA’s Moonlighting opportunities available BLS & ACLS Certifications Required Integrated Electronic Health Record (EPIC) Salaried Position - Relocation stipend - Sign on bonus
