Description: Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Rural Health Clinic - Schedule: Standard office house with flexible day options to extend hours for 4-5 days per week. Shared call 10 days minimum with one weekend per month - Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed) - In office care consist of 20-25 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month. Traditional model includes outpatient clinic, newborn nursery, minimal inpatient and delivery care - Current Practice Structure: Physicians, APPs, clerical staff, LPNs, Lactation Consultant, Office Manager - Equipment and Services: In office lab for rapid test and CBCs, Lactation Consulting - Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Paid time off and retirement plan - Comprehensive health and well-being benefits - Student loan repayment assistance - Early-commitment residency stipend - Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days - Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage - Marketing and practice growth assistance - J VISA OK
