Description: Seeking a Psychiatrist to join a new state-of-the-art behavioral health outpatient clinic Monday through Friday: no call or weekends. This is a 100% outpatient, full-time, position with perks of private practice like set up and to serve as a core faculty in a brand-new residency program that began in July 2022 The position is to provide outpatient medication management, therapy, supervision of upper level psychiatry residents in their child adolescent outpatient rotation, participation in faculty development opportunities and teaching resident didactics We currently have 1 psychiatrist and 3 therapists and hope to quickly grow The new program allows the opportunity to develop programs such as Spravato clinic, women’s mental health clinic, and tele-psychiatry. Full administrative staff: front staff, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses in place Billing and coding staff: freedom from insurance, coding and reimbursement hassles Competitive compensation including bonus opportunities Benefits package includes excellent PTO package, employer 403b contributions, and generous CME allowance and medical malpractice coverage
