Description: Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/ Geriatrics Physician to join 32 providers in a well-established practice offering 12 specialties and subspecialties --This position offers 2 ½ days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care --Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required --Employed position joining an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team --Multispecialty Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO --Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties --EMR – EPIC --Clinic is adjacent to the Hospital Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include Student Loan Repayment, Residency Stipend, Annual CME Stipend, Relocation, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/ 457b, Medical, Dental & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance
