Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Spine Neurosurgeon to join our practice - High-volume practice with ~80% spine / 20% cranial cases - Fellowship training is not required; however Accredited Spine Neurosurgery Fellowship completion is a plus - Broad case mix including neurotrauma, complex spine, brain tumors, and cerebrovascular disease - Balanced schedule supporting career longevity and personal time - Dedicated OR block time to support efficient, predictable scheduling - Collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, including: 6 Neurosurgeons (including a cerebrovascular/endovascular specialist), Neurohospitalists, neurologists, neuroradiology, neurointerventional neurology, and experienced APPs - Practice at a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center - Productivity and Quality Incentive - Residency Incentive - $50,000 Sign on Bonus - CME stipend and days - Relocation Benefit - PSLF Eligible - Employer paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance - Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Employer-paid Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage - Group Life Insurance - Paid Parental Leave - Tuition Assistance available for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents - 403(b) Retirement Plan with 50% employer match, plus an employer-paid pension plan.
