Description: Western Washington - 30 min from Olympia Out-Patient Clinic is seeking a Locum Family Practice Physician to start as soon as credentialed - 3-month contract with possibility to extend - Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; 40 hours per week (8-hour day with 1-hour unpaid lunch) - Up to 21 patients per day; should be comfortable with higher volume and fast-paced environment - Outpatient ambulatory setting serving newborns through geriatrics including migrants, refugees, and vulnerable populations; interpretive services available on site - Services include family medicine, walk-in/acute care, and chronic disease management; same-day walk-in patients expected - Basic procedures: injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care - Support staff: dedicated MA per provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians; most clinics have an on-site pediatrician - 1-week ramp-up with on-site orientation; expected to begin patient care by day 3 - EMR: Epic - Spanish or Russian language skills a plus; bilingual not required - New graduates considered; clean background required; no malpractice history - Required: WA license, DEA, BLS, clean background/no malpractice history, COVID and flu vaccination, self-query NPDB report
