Description: Seeking a Family Medicine physician - Medent EMR - 4 day – 40 hour work week (36 hours direct patient care and OR) - Call is 1:13 3 year employment contract $190k base salary, 3,800 annual wRVU target, $48.00 per wRVU in excess of 3,800, $1k monthly stipend for PA/NP supervision (may be shared with other physicians), $100 per hour for administrative duties/meetings outside assigned working hours, 20 paid days off annually, up to 6 holidays annually, up to 5 CME days annually / $4k reimbursement, full array of employee benefits, up to $25k sign-on/relocation assistance, up to $24k educational loan assistance

Community/Facility info: Healthcare Center is an independent 101 bed acute care community hospital and short term rehab facility serving an area comprised of approximately 24 communities with a population of about 80,000 from it's main campus. Operates primary health centers, a maternal/child clinic at the Health Center, four outreach laboratory draw stations and a rehabilitation & wellness center. The hospital has an active staff of about 60-70 physicians. The emergency department does about 20,000 visits a year and is covered by hospital employed physicians.
