Description: Medical Center is seeking Locum CRNA to provide coverage starting September 2025 - Dates needed: Sept 8-Jan 11 - Shifts will be 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p or 3p-11p - Approx 40 hour per week - No call - Cannot request shift times or days – schedule is created by a software that auto generates - Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center - Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day - Department description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. - EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia - Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience. - OT after scheduled shift - No weekly OT or after 40 hours - Required: AZ license, NBCRNA, BLS or ACLS, DEA, Covid and Flu vaccine
