Description: Medical Center is seeking CRNA to join team - Varied shifts administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures - Work performed in collaboration with a qualified anesthesiologist - Supervise student anesthetists and other healthcare providers - Department includes 23 FT CRNAs, 4 PT CRNAs, 14 anesthesiologists, and 3 anesthesia techs - Perform and document pre-anesthetic assessments - Develop and implement anesthetic plans and initiate techniques - Strong knowledge of anesthesia agents and their applications required - Requires NYS RN license and CRNA certification - BLS, ACLS, and PALS required - NYS benefits and pension included - $20/hr shift differential for shifts between 3pm–7am and when working more than 4 hours on weekends - Educational reimbursement up to $4,750 per year

Services specific are 132 inpatient psychiatry beds, including a 16-bed inpatient adolescent unit and an 18-bed inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit; 53 chemical-dependency beds, including 35 rehab (recently increased from 20) and 18 detox; a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP); three chemical-dependency outpatient centers (including one for vocational rehab); six extended-observation beds (EOBs), with one dedicated for adolescents; and an on-site outpatient psychiatry clinic.
