Description: Northwest Indiana - 1 hour from Chicago Facility is seeking a full-time BC/BE Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services - Flexible schedule: Monday–Friday with 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours - Weekend call & rounding: 1:4 rotation - Mix of outpatient clinic and consult services, primarily covering consults and ATO - Opportunity to expand into ambulatory services - Broad PM&R scope including stroke, TBI, orthopedics, neurology, spinal cord injury, pain, and neuromuscular disorders - Well-established practice with experienced clinical support staff and specialty-focused programs - Customized marketing support and leadership development opportunities - Competitive compensation with income guarantee and bonus incentives - Generous recruitment package including relocation, commencement, and retention bonuses - Paid malpractice - 27 days ATO plus 5 paid CME days with annual stipend - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and legal insurance - Retirement plans: 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) - Own-occupation short- and long-term disability

Community/Facility info: 65-physician owned and operated, multi-specialty group located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are also only 25 minutes from the Indiana Dunes along Lake Michigan. Live in or near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana. We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. We also have Radiology (including open MRI), lab (Pathologist available Monday-Friday), a full service EKG department, a full service pulmonary lab, an outpatient Physical Therapy Department and a dietitian.
