Description: 1 hour from Indianapolis Facility is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrology Physician to join our growing practice - Flexible full-time schedule - Split time between clinic, inpatient rounding, and dialysis outreach locations - Minimal outreach travel (within 1 hour of main campus), typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Call coverage: 1:4 - Outpatient volume: 10–15 patients/day - Inpatient volume: 0–5 patients/day - Nurse Practitioner support - Competitive compensation with income guarantee and bonus incentives - Recruitment package including relocation, commencement, and retention bonuses - Paid malpractice coverage - 27 days ATO plus 5 paid CME days with annual stipend - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and legal insurance - Retirement plans: 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) - Own-occupation short- and long-term disability

Community/Facility info: 65-physician owned and operated, multi-specialty group located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. We are also only 25 minutes from the Indiana Dunes along Lake Michigan. Live in or near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana. We are the dominant supplier of health care in our area with 110,000 active patient files. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. We also have Radiology (including open MRI), lab (Pathologist available Monday-Friday), a full service EKG department, a full service pulmonary lab, an outpatient Physical Therapy Department and a dietitian.
