Description: Out-Patient Clinic is seeking Locum Endodontist to provide coverage - Length of Contract: ASAP - ongoing - Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8 hour days 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break - Patients per day: Can be flexible with what the provider is comfortable with. If it's a new grad 4-5 ppd, if it's a seasoned provider preferably 6-8 ppd - Case Mix: Standard Endo procedures - Rotary System: WaveOne. - If the provider is more familiar with a different system, the facility is open to discussing purchasing that system - EMR: Open Dental - How many operatories: 3 chairs for now - Medicaid NOT required - New grads welcome
