Description: Facility is seeking Otolaryngology phyisican to join team - Offering a mix of general ENT care with opportunity to develop specialty surgical interests - Provide general ENT procedures with flexibility to focus on specialty surgeries - Outpatient clinic is located near the medical center - Clinic schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and Friday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM - Typical schedule includes approximately 3.5 clinic days and 1 OR day per week (flexible by volume) - Patient mix is approximately 80% adult and 20% pediatric with an average of 25 patients per clinic day - Surgical cases performed at day surgery and inpatient facilities as well as two outpatient surgery centers supporting efficient scheduling and recovery follow-up - Full range of in-office services including ear wax removal, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, allergy testing and injections, with an on-site audiologist - Call schedule includes ED call rotation of about 1:6–1:7 on weekdays and one weekend per month - Academic and teaching opportunities are available - Competitive compensation and benefits package including malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, retirement plans (403(b) match and 457(b)), and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
