Description: Medical Center seeking a Locum BC Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant --Coverage needed: - Day Shift inpatient APP to start June 1-ongoing during recruitment 7a-7p - Night shift inpatient APP to start September 7p-7a --Inpatient only --Level 1 Trauma Center --Established team of 9 Neurosurgeons and 9 APP’s --24/7 Inpatient support --Required BLS and ACLS (through AHA) --Procedures include Admissions/Discharges, Consultations and OR first assist if desired. Discharges at night not typical but a possibility. --Candidate will need to come in the day before for orientation.
