Description: Seeking a motivated Cardiovascular Surgeon to join medical group in a full-scope practice. - Procedures including CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, TEVAR, valve repair and aortic reconstruction - Two cardiothoracic/vascular surgeons (one departing), interventional, structural and non-invasive cardiologists, electrophysiology and other healthcare professionals - APP team takes primary call with surgeons on backup (1:2) - Level II trauma - EPIC EMR - Guaranteed salary - Productivity and performance bonuses - 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME) - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Paid malpractice + tail - Physician wellness programs - personal and professional - Monthly meetings with leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues Required: BE/BC
