Description: Facility is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our established and thriving family medicine practice - Full-time: 36+ hours/week - Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM - Shared call with low patient volumes and dependable hours - Collaborative 3-provider care team focused on high-quality, compassionate care -Adjacent Convenient Care clinic provides after-hours/weekend coverage and strong referrals - Base salary with 2-year guarantee plus quality and productivity incentives - Sign-on bonus or loan repayment option - Relocation stipend - Comprehensive benefits including PTO, paid parental leave, health/life/disability coverage - Multiple retirement plans: 401a, 403b (with match), 457b - CME allowance plus license and DEA reimbursement - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - Free fitness center membership and provider wellbeing resources - PSLF-eligible (501(c)(3) organization) - Required: NC license, NC DEA, BLS, and clean background
