Description: Medical Center is seeking Family Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program
- This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment.
- Established Family Medicine residency program with strong institutional support
- Standard weekday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Balanced role with approximately:
1/3 continuity clinic
1/3 precepting and clinic support
1/3 administrative and leadership responsibilities
- Inpatient service approximately every 6th week, with manageable call structure and strong resident support
- New affiliation with DO medical schools
- Daily noon conference and active residency social media presence
- Open-door leadership model with the Program Director embedded in the clinic
- 25 days PTO annually
- Additional 5 CME days for Program Director responsibilities
- CME/CEU support provided
- Required participation in NIPDD (or equivalent)
- Ongoing leadership and professional development opportunities
- Required:
Minimum 3 years as core faculty
At least 3 years of GME educational or administrative experience
Demonstrated excellence as a clinician, educator, and mentor
- Preferred:
Prior Associate Program Director experience
OB experience welcomed
Interest in research supported but not required
