Description: Hospital is seeking BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join team - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventional cardiology procedures, including coronary angiograms, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and other catheter-based procedures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including general cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Evaluate patients with coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, and other cardiovascular conditions, providing appropriate interventional treatments. - Interpret diagnostic tests, such as EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms, to formulate treatment plans. - Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency interventional cardiology services, including management of ST-elevation myocardial infarctions (STEMI). - Provide pre-procedural and post-procedural patient care and consultation. - Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment options, and post-procedure recovery. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay current with the latest advancements in interventional cardiology. - Experience in coronary angioplasty, stent placement, and other percutaneous intervention required - Experience in structural heart disease interventions (e.g., TAVR, MitraClip) is a plus. - Active involvement in clinical research or teaching. - Competitive salary and benefits package - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Access to high quality healthcare without incurring out-of-pocket expenses - Paid time off and continuing education opportunities - 12 paid holidays - Supportive and collaborative work environment
