Description: Seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join practice Work with a team of 2 board-certified CT surgeons, 11 cardiologists with 4 interventional cardiologists, 1 EP specialist, and 3 vascular surgeons The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences Clinic is located ajacent to the hospital providing easy access EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide). Excellent opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, professional growth, and plenty of program support. Great team dynamic! Competitive Compensation: $900,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible! Requirements: Residency or fellowship in Thoracic and Cardiac surgery, active MT license or ability to obtain one
