Description: Facility seeking Advanced Practice Provider to join Cardiothoracic Surgery team - This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to work alongside two highly skilled surgeons and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. - 1:3 call rotation - Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. - Assist in surgical procedures, including endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH). - Radial artery harvesting experience is a plus but not required. - Prescribe medications and manage perioperative care. - Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery. - Participate in call rotation and provide high-quality, compassionate care. - Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000 (based on experience and skill set). - Sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance - Educational loan repayment assistance - 20 days PTO - 5 days CME - Call pay after pre-set threshold - CME annual allowance - Previous experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery preferred - Required: Board Certification, Master's degree, and GA license - Proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting required
