Description: Medical Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Occupational Health & Employee Wellness team • Monday–Thursday 8–5 | Friday 8–12 • 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly • Shared call for results/urgent questions (no inpatient responsibilities), after-hours triaged by nurse line • Dedicated nurse and full support team • EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation and Ambient AI for charting • Conduct DOT and pre‑employment physicals, return‑to‑work and fitness‑for‑duty exams • Evaluate and manage work‑related injuries and exposures (acute and follow‑up care) • Perform clinical evaluations related to occupational injuries, illnesses, and exposures • Administer and interpret drug/alcohol testing, immunizations, TB, respirator clearance (OSHA) • Provide acute injury care for strains, sprains, lacerations, contusions, chemical exposures, foreign bodies, and other work‑related injuries. • Manage follow‑up visits, including progress checks, modified‑duty planning, and timely reassessment of work status. • Provide guidance on developing return‑to‑work pathways, safety initiatives, and employee risk assessments. • $5k+ sign-on bonus • Competitive salary (typically MGMA median) ($125k) • Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. • PSLF loan repayment eligibility • 5 CME days + $2K annual allowance • 24 PTO days • Malpractice Insurance + Tail Coverage • 1–2+ years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care • Required: Current SC license (or eligibility), DOT certification (FMCSA), BLS, ACLS
