Description: Facility is seeking Hematologist/Oncologist to serve as Medical Director of our growing Cancer Center
- Rare leadership opportunity to join a high-performing, established oncology group and help shape the future of cancer care for a growing patient population
- Schedule includes Monday–Friday clinic hours with rotating weekday and weekend call shared among providers
- Comprehensive cancer program with two integrated locations providing medical oncology, radiation oncology (including advanced technologies such as CyberKnife), and full supportive services
- Program is QOPI certified and holds accreditations from the QOPI Certification Program, Commission on Cancer, and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers
- As Medical Director, lead an experienced multidisciplinary oncology team while contributing to strategic planning, quality improvement initiatives, and program development
- Role requires eligibility for academic appointment with participation in medical education in collaboration with residency programs
- Dedicated oncology support infrastructure including social workers, dietitians, clinical trials coordination team, and a complementary medicine program
- Multidisciplinary care through navigated lung nodule and breast center programs supporting coordinated patient management
- Strong administrative and clinical support systems to facilitate leadership responsibilities
