Description: Facility is seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our thriving, hospital-employed practice - Office-based schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Shared call on a rotating weekly schedule, providing excellent work–life balance - Join an established group of 5 experienced Gastroenterologists - Supported by a strong clinical team including 3 APPs, 4 RNs, 12 MAs, and an embedded pharmacist - Step into a busy, ready-made practice with a robust referral base - Practice primarily located in a centralized Digestive Care Center designed for efficiency and patient comfort - 7 private procedure rooms with high-definition imaging and advanced diagnostic technology - 25 private admission and recovery rooms with semi-private bathrooms - Specialized negative-pressure bronchoscopy procedure rooms - Broad procedural scope including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and ERCPs - Competitive base salary with lucrative bonus incentives - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Loan repayment assistance and education stipend available - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans - Generous CME and continuing education support
