Description: Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine residency faculty team - Our residency program has a long-standing reputation of excellence and is proud to be a state leader in population health training. - The program is an unopposed 6-6-6 program with a 2-2-2 1+2 rural track - Schedule: Traditional Monday through Friday with some flexibility; shared weekend and holiday inpatient call. - 1:9 call - This is an outstanding opportunity to join a physician-led organization with a well-established, supportive residency program that values collaborative learning, clinical excellence, and community engagement - Patient & Procedure Mix: All aspects of family medicine; the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventative health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. - Clinical duties include: hospital rounds with FMS resident team, precepting all levels of residents in the family medicine outpatient office, working with medical students, and direct patient care hours - CME Allowance - Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) - Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Short-Term and Long-Term disability - Professional Liability with tail coverage - Relocation Allowance - Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans - Required: MI license, CSR,
