Description: Medical Center is seeking Internal Medicine physician to join our expanding Primary Care team --Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week. --Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks. --Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage. --Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data. --Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403b & 457 Retirement Plans with company match, $4K yearly CME allowance, Paid Time Off, and more. --$280,000 base salary, $20,000 sign-on Bonus, Up to $20,000 year Medical Education Loan Reimbursement for the term of the loan, and Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance. --Potential to earn significantly more in total compensation with tiered productivity model. --Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with the intention of becoming Board Certified within 2 years of hire.
