Description: Hospital employed practice is seeking Urologist to join team • Clinic hours are 7:00am-5pm, Monday – Friday • First year surgical volume expected to be 425-525 cases • Cysto suite in hospital includes 3 scopes • New physician will see 30+ patients per day • Patient panel consists of 60% adult & 40% geriatric • 3 da Vinci Robots • Clinic across the street from the hospital • Supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners • Stable staff includes Administrator, Clinic Supervisor, 2 LPN’s & Scribe • Practice EMR is Athena, hospital EMR is Paragon • Clinic diagnostics include Ultrasound & KUB • Experienced OR staff, Director tenure of 10+ years • Blocked OR time available • ASC on campus • Practice call is Call is 1:3, Hospital call 7 days per month • Less than 20% of call requires physician to come to hospital • Year 1: $550,000 Base Salary • WRVU Productivity Bonus • Sign on: Up to $50k • Student Loan: Up to $100,000 • Relocation: $10,000 • Residency Stipend Available • CME: $2,500 • Full Medical Benefits • Health, Dental, Vision • 1 Week CME + allowance • 40K & 457, 529 College Savings Plan • 20 Days PTO + National Holidays • Marketing + practice growth assistance
