Description: Seeking an HIV Care Clinic Advanced Practice Provider
--This role includes comprehensive care delivery, preventive services (e.g., PrEP/PEP counseling), chronic disease management, coordination with specialty services, and patient education.
--Provide HIV care including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care
--Manage and treat patients with complex needs related to HIV and comorbid conditions
--Provide screening, counseling, and preventive interventions (PrEP, PEP, U=U education)
--Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (physicians, nursing staff, case managers, social workers)
--Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records
--Participate in quality improvement activities and community outreach

--Salary range 70k-80k (depending on experience)
--Required: Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program, Current licensure and prescriptive authority in New York State (NP/PA), National board certification (NP/PA)
--Preferred: Experience in primary care, infectious disease or HIV care, Experience with HIV medicine and management of antiretroviral therapy, Certification such as AAHIVE / HIV Specialist credentials or equivalent clinical HIV experience, Knowledge of PrEP/PEP prescribing and HIV preventive strategies
