Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician - Join a respected pediatric practice alongside one established pediatrician and a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner - Primarily outpatient (~95%) with limited inpatient responsibilities - Shared, equal call schedule with the existing pediatrician - Inpatient consult support readily available from Pediatric Hospitalists/PICU and Neonatology/NICU teams - Typical outpatient volume of 20–25 patients per day in a collegial, community-trusted practice - Recent graduates welcomed with appropriate training and support Clinical Responsibilities - Healthy newborn visits and routine well-child care - Acute sick visits, chronic condition management, and post-discharge follow-ups from network NICU - Childhood immunizations, vision screenings, and hearing evaluations - Management of common, non-critical neonatal conditions in a Level I nursery (e.g., jaundice, hypoglycemia, TTN, rule-out sepsis) - Routine pediatric admissions outside the newborn period - Attend deliveries when requested by OB for anticipated concerns - Participate in newborn resuscitation and stabilization prior to transfer, when needed Compensation & Benefits - Guaranteed base salary with wRVU productivity incentive - Commencement bonus - Relocation assistance - Medical education debt repayment - Residency/Fellowship stipend (if applicable) - CME allowance and paid vacation - 401(k) and comprehensive health benefits
