Description: Medical Center seeking Primary Care Physician to join team - Physician will provide comprehensive care, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services. The physician will coordinate care with specialists as needed. - Outpatient-only | Monday–Thursday 8–5 | Friday 8–12 - 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly - Call shared 1:7–1:8, after-hours triaged by nurse line - Dedicated nurse and full support team - EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI for charting - 20–25+ patients per day - Care focused on adults (18+), including: Preventive care and wellness, Complex chronic disease management (HTN, DM, COPD, CHF, CKD, etc.), Acute adult care visits, etc. - In-office procedures (as applicable): skin biopsies, joint injections, minor dermatology, women’s health, etc. - Close collaboration with specialists, including cardiology, endocrinology, GI, oncology, and more - $25k+ sign-on bonus - Competitive base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU incentives - Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. - PSLF loan repayment eligibility - 5 CME days + $3K annual allowance - 24 PTO days - Malpractice Insurance + Tail Coverage - SC AHEC Rural Incentive Grant up to $15K/year (for qualifying sites)
