Description: Eastern North Carolina facility seeking a Locum BC Nocturnist Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to help provide coverage for their team. --Coverage needed: 7p-7a for 7 shifts every other week (7 on, 7 off) January 12-January 18 January 26-February 1 February 9-February 15 February 23-March 1 March 9-March 15 March 23-March 29 April 6-April 12 April 20-April 26 --Inpatient only --Level 1 Trauma Center --Established team of 9 Neurosurgeons and 9 APP’s --24/7 Inpatient support --Required BLS and ACLS (through AHA) --Procedures include Admissions/Discharges, Consultations and OR first assist if desired. Discharges at night not typical but a possibility. --Candidate will need to come in the day before for orientation.
