This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located. We also have Radiology (including open MRI), lab (Pathologist available Monday-Friday), a full service EKG department, a full service pulmonary lab, an outpatient Physical Therapy Department and a dietitian.
