Description: Facility is seeking Cardiac Surgeon for a faculty appointment to lead transformative change as the inaugural Chief of the Cardiac Surgery Program - Schedule: Full-time, call 1:3 with APP first call - Oversight of well-established cardiac surgery practice with planned expansion - Program volume: 600+ open-heart and structural heart procedures annually (320+ open cases, 200+ TAVR), with growth goals for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid program - Academic rank: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor based on experience - Professional liability coverage - CME allowance and dedicated time off - Relocation assistance - Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contribution and 457(b) plan - Generous paid time off - Comprehensive health, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance - Short- and long-term disability coverage - Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience, proven high-quality outcomes, and demonstrated leadership/program development, MI license
