Description: Facility is seeking BC/BE OB/GYN to join our growing Women’s Health practice - You will be joining a comprehensive Women’s Health department consisting of 6 OBGYNs, 1 urogynecologist, 1 PA, 2 Women’s Health ARNPs, and 4 CNMs. - This is a full time position with a 32 scheduled patient contact hour work expectation. - 1:7 call rotation shared equally among our providers. - Your practice would include seeing a balanced patient load of OB and GYN patients in clinic, performing deliveries, and a robust surgical practice with designated OR block time and access to one of our da Vinci Xi Robot Hospital, located adjacent to the clinic. - Our Level II Special Care Nursery is supported by our onsite Pediatric Hospitalists. - Benefit from the assurance of having OB Hospitalists available 24/7 to provide support whenever required. Our OB Hospitalist also provide backup to our other delivering providers. - This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base. - Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available! - Salary: $407,397 - Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. - Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! - Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. - Paid maternity and parental bonding leave offered! - 401a and 457b retirement plans that invest in your future financial security. - PSLF approved institution. - No income tax - 2-3 years of practice experience is desired; however, new graduates are welcome to apply! - Active WA license, current AHA NRP certification and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certificate
