Service highlights include: CARDIAC SERVICES We offer a team approach to cardiac services that ensures total patient care. From a simple electrocardiogram to open heart surgery and cardiac rehab, and from education to diagnostics, a full range of cardiac services is available. EMERGENCY SERVICES Emergency care, including trauma, pediatric, and cardiac care, is available 24 hours a day. The Air Evac helicopter service, which includes teams of pilots, paramedics and registered nurses, transports critically ill or injured patients when seconds count. SURGERY Surgical suites are equipped for virtually every type of surgery, from open heart surgery to neurosurgery. NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (NICU) We have the largest and most experienced Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arkansas, which gives us the depth of experience to handle newborns and infants that require specialized medical attention. Our highly trained medical staff includes neonatologists (physicians who specialize in sick and premature babies), neonatal nurse practitioners, and the area's only pediatric surgeon.
