Description: Rural healthcare facility is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our team - Full-time schedule: Four 10-hour days (alternating Monday and Friday off) - Call schedule: 1:11 with nurse triage line support - All aspects of Family Medicine from birth through adulthood, including preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic conditions - Small office feel with a strong sense of community - CME allowance - Paid time off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) - Health, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance - Short-term and long-term disability coverage - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage - Relocation allowance - Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contribution and 457(b) tax-deferred plan - MI license required
