Description: Facility is seeking a Program Director for our ACGME accredited Family Medicine Program
- Approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical responsibilities
- Maintain active Family Medicine clinical practice in alignment with ACGME requirements
- Teach residents through both clinical supervision and didactic instruction
- Provide leadership for the Family Medicine Residency Program, ensuring high-quality didactic and clinical education
- Set and uphold the strategic direction, standards, and overall reputation of the residency program
- Oversee residency operations, practice management, and resident performance
- Lead resident recruitment, interviews, and selection (six residents per year)
- Recruit, develop, and supervise faculty and coordinate clinical rotations
- Foster a strong culture of medical education while prioritizing excellent patient care
- Minimum of 3+ years of academic medicine experience as a Program Director or Core Faculty member
