Description: Medical Center is seeking a Post Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team - Schedule: 36 patient care hours, 4 hours admin - Call: shared amongst the group, daily rotation and weekend rotation - Average patients per day: 15-20 - Department: 1 MD, 2 NP’s - Level III Trauma Center - Base salary starts at $125,000 + wRVU production incentive - $10K sign-on bonus - $2K CME allowance - $10K relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance - 20 days PTO - Medical/dental/life/vision/pharmacy/wellness benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Completion of an accredited Graduate NP program - Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
