Description: Facility is seeking OB/GYN physician to join team - Full scope – outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical work - Joining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staff - Clinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm - Hospital Rounding: 30–60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients - OR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume) - Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better - Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in - Deliveries & Volume: ~68 deliveries/month; 2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607 - Procedural Competency: Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery - TOLAC/VBAC experience required - Technology & Tools: Robotics available, Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers - EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital) - Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus - Sign-on bonus: $75,000 - Relocation Assistance: up to $15,000 - Paid time off and retirement plan - Comprehensive health and well-being benefits - Student loan repayment assistance - Early-commitment residency stipend - Continuing Medical Education (CME): $5,500 + 5 days - Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage - Marketing and practice growth assistance - J VISA OK
