Description: Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our thriving, physician-led practice --Well-established team of pediatricians and support staff --Pediatricians with their own panel of patients whom they get to know well. Partnership track encouraged. --Typical work week is 4.5 days, including an equal rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays --Overnight nurse triage system to take phone calls. --Typical patient volume of approximately 20 patients per full day --Allscripts EMR --Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students if desired --Ideal start time: late summer or fall 2026 --Medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance and disability insurance --Malpractice insurance --401K retirement plan and pension plan --Annual paid time off --$160k starting base salary, plus productivity-based incentive pay --Required: BC/BE ABP, Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, CDS license and DEA license
