Description: --Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a Full time opportunity, Hospital-employed --Call 1:3 --3 weeks outpatient with 36 patient facing hours, office hours 830-430/5pm --1 Inpatient week per month - Typically inhouse from 8am to 4-5pm Handoff and Cardiologist led meeting to discuss current patient panel Cardiologist do not preform H&Ps or discharges – Hospitalist service handles admissions No direct ED consults Average of 21 pt per day in conjunction with APP / Fellow --1 weekend / month covering hospital - 20 ppd within 5-6 hours --20-22 patients/day once fully ramped up --Office connected to hospital via a 2 story enclosed bridge. --Rotating residents: Internal Medicine residents + Cardiology fellows --Clinic EHR: Athena, Hospital EHR: Cerner --4 general Cardiologists, 1 FT structural heart interventionalist, 1 PRN Interventionalist, 1 EP, 3 NPs, 1 APP and fellows. 2-3 APPs are always in clinics, APPs maintain own patient panel but assist with post-hospital follow-up. --1 Medical assistant per cardiologist --Does not require TAVR but can do TAVR procedures --Competitive salary with exceptional productivity incentive and bonus package --Student loan repayment assistance, relocation, and CME allowance --Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice/tail coverage --Robust referral base through our large primary care network --Advanced cardiovascular facilities including state of the art cath labs with hybrid suite supporting TAVR and Watchman procedures --National Recognition by the ACC for dedication to cardiovascular patient care, featured in the 2025 U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” guidebook --Cardiology Fellowship and Internal Medicine Residency Program offering meaningful opportunities to teach and mentor future physicians --Base salary: $686K+ base plus wRVU incentive– 2-year guarantee --Anticipated year over year earnings $750K to over $1M.
