Description: Medical Center is seeking Locum BC/BE Urologist to provide coverage --Open dates: - 8a–5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p–8a: Jul 29–31 - 24-hour call (8a–8a): Aug 1–2 Aug 15–19 Oct 10–11 Oct 24–27 Nov 16–18 Nov 21–22 Nov 28–29 Dec 12–13 --Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates, 24 hour call only starting in August --Support Staff: 2 perm Physicians --Average Callback: 2-6 hours per day --Surgeries (OR): 3–4 per week --EMR: Cerner --Robotics: available (not required) --Procedures: - Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy - Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy --Disposable flexible cystoscopes available --Required: AZ license or IMLC, DEA, NPDB self query, covid and flu vaccine, minimum 1 yr experience
