Description: Seeking a BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established, hospital-employed primary care practice --Join a supportive team of three board-certified physicians and five experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment. --Full-time, outpatient only schedule --No weekend clinic hours --Minimal telephone-only call rotation --Large, diverse patient population --Supportive and well-trained medical office staff --Mentorship and onboarding support for new graduates --Base salary of $240,000, with additional production and performance incentives --Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance --Malpractice insurance with tail coverage --401(k) retirement plan --CME allowance --Professional dues & licensure reimbursement --Life insurance --Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays --Required: Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable)
