Description: Clinic is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join team - Day shift - 1st shift with 35 patient contact hours - Schedule Details: Will work the same shift requirements as other primary care physicians per contract and scheduling standards. - Exciting culture with growth opportunities and new facilities - A team-oriented work environment in which opinions are respected, and teamwork is valued - Leading-edge opportunities to learn and grow - Responsible for examining and treating general patient base to ensure proper injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. - Prescribe and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. - Requests necessary tests, follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. - Highly competitive wages and an outstanding benefits package - Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required - WI license required
