Description: Facility is seeking Intensivist to join our collaborative team - Join a well-established team of 4 physicians and 6 APPs. - Medical, cardiac, and surgical ICUs. - Average daily census of 28 is shared between physicians and APPs. - Block schedule – 7 on/7 off. - Night coverage provided by experienced APPs. - Considerable collaboration with subspecialists including cardiology, infectious disease, pulmonology, neurology, and surgery. - Epic EMR - Base salary + quarterly quality incentive + retention incentive - Paid Parental Leave - Free fitness center membership - Health, life, and disability coverage options - 3 retirement savings plans – 401a, 403b with match, 457b - Relocation stipend - CME allowance plus reimbursement for NC license and DEA - Provider wellbeing resources - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) - Sign-on bonus/loan repayment option - Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology Critical Care through ABMS or AOA - Previous Intensivist experience (post-fellowship) preferred - Clean background, unrestricted NC medical license and NC DEA - AHA ACLS certification
