Description: Facility is recruiting a Gynecologist (GYN-Only) - Hospital employed position; open to < 1.0 FTE - 10 days of call per month (commensurate with FTE %) - Join 2 physicians and 1 CNM. (CNM sees 30 patients/day on average) - No robotics - 1 day/week OR to begin with (will grow with the practice); clinic the remaining days/week - Hospitalist program for admissions - Compensation MGMA 50th-75th % inclusive of wRVU production incentive (paid quarterly) - $30K sign-on bonus - 3-year contract; $50K sign-on bonus - 5-year contract - 25+ days PTO - $5K CME allowance - Up to $15K relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance - Medical/dental/life/vision/pharmacy/wellness benefits - 401(k) retirement plan Required: BC/BE OB/GYN - TN license and DEA or ability to obtain

Community/Facility info: Regional Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited, 114-bed acute care facility. The hospital and the 65+ physicians on its medical staff provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including 24-hour emergency services that serve the Region as a Level III trauma center. The hospital’s Women’s Center features recently renovated birthing suites. Diagnostic and Radiology Services include Computed Tomography Scanning, Ultrasonography, Mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Radiography and Nuclear Medicine.
