Description: Hospital is seeking a Locum Electrophysiology APP for coverage - Coverage dates: Aug 17–21, Aug 24–28, Aug 31–Sep 4, Sep 14–18, Sep 21–25, Sep 28–Oct 2, Oct 5–9, Oct 12–16, Oct 19–23, Nov 16–20, Nov 23–27, Dec 21–25, Jan 25–29, Feb 22–26, Mar 1–5 - Minimum 3–4 weeks per month of coverage required - Hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts; 8am–5pm with 1-hour lunch - Very busy EP department; duties include follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same-day appointments, procedure follow-ups, and hospital coverage/support for EP physician - Clinic volume: approximately 14 patients per day; hospital volume variable - Adult patient population; supported by EP physician - EMR: Cerner - Minimum 1 year of EP experience required - Required: Arizona license , DEA, covid and flu vaccine
