Description: Seeking an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider --Hours of Operation: Monday–Sunday 8a–7p --Potential for expanded operating hours as the practice continues to grow --No call --Collaborative physician support, experienced clinical team, and dedicated nurse. --Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI for charting --Evaluate and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries, including: - Upper respiratory infections, flu, COVID, strep, and ear infections - Lacerations, burns, sprains, strains, and minor fractures - Urinary tract infections and skin conditions - Allergic reactions and other same-day concerns - Occupational health and sports physicals --Perform common in-office procedures: - Laceration repair - Incision and drainage - Splinting and wound care - Foreign body removal - Basic orthopedic management - On-site laboratory and imaging services --On-site laboratory and imaging services --$5k+ sign-on bonus --Competitive salary (MGMA median) --Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. --PSLF loan repayment eligibility --5 CME days + $2K annual allowance --Malpractice Insurance + Tail Coverage --Collaborative culture where APPs are valued members of the care team --Excellent support staff and access to specialists throughout the organization --Technology designed to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency --Opportunity to help shape and grow a new Urgent Care service line --Enjoy predictable scheduling while caring for a diverse patient population
