Description: Medical Center is seeking Locum CRNA to provide coverage starting June 2026 --Dates needed: Jun 18 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8h) Jun 19 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8h) Jun 30 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8h) Jul 25 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12h) Jul 29 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12h) Jul 30 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12h) - Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center - Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day - Department description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. - Practice Setting: Hospital - EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia - Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience. - Required: AZ license, NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Covid and Flu vaccine
