Description: Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Physician to join an established and growing Senior Care team - Full-time, day shift position - Outpatient-focused practice with additional care in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and post-acute settings - Participate in Internal Medicine call rotation; first-call coverage managed through RN triage - Join a team including a Physician Medical Director and 2 experienced APPs caring for 450+ patients per month - Growing practice with expansion of post-acute services and potential Medical Directorship opportunities - BC/BE in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine required - Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred - Clinical interest, training, or certification in Gerontology strongly preferred - J VISA OK
