Description: Medical center is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join an established, busy hospital-employed practice - Only full-service OB program within a 40+ mile radius — immediate patient volume with no local competition - Join 2 physicians and 1 CNM; average 30 patients per day - OB call: 1:4 - Mix of obstetrics and gynecologic procedures; no robotics - Level II-A neonatal nursery on site - Hospitalist program handles admissions - Base salary starting at $400,000 with wRVU production incentive paid quarterly - Sign-on bonus: $30,000 (3-year contract) or $50,000 (5-year contract) - $15,000 relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance - 5 CME days with $5,000 CME allowance - 25 days PTO - Medical, dental, vision, life, pharmacy, and wellness benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Tennessee medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority required or ability to obtain
