Description: Facility is seeking Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join team - Provides comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. - Conducts physical exams, reviews histories, interprets diagnostic tests, and develops care plans. - Ensures continuity of care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. - Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive health, adapting communication to age, culture, and understanding. - Identifies needs for referrals and coordinates care with other providers and community resources. - Documents assessments, treatments, patient education, and responses to care. - Prescribes medications and therapeutic treatments within approved protocols. - Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed. - Participates in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and adherence to professional standards. - Participates in supervision and on‑call rotation to address urgent patient needs. - Supports orientation and education of new staff and serves as a resource to the healthcare team. - Base Pay: $121368.00-$126505.00/ Year - Required: Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License Board Certification, DEA, CPR/BLS
