Description: Facility is seeking part time Hospitalist to join our team - Day and evening 12-hour shifts, 7am–7pm, rotating 36/48 hours every other week; on-site coverage 24/7 with shifts ranging 8–12 hours - Part-time position (0.6 FTE) - Provide continuous medical care for non-assigned patients admitted to the hospitalist service; provide consultations on inpatients at the request of other specialties - Accept and manage ICU patients on the hospitalist service or in consultation with intensivist support - Collaborate with referring primary care physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other hospital departments - Demonstrated ability to manage ICU patients with intensivist support required - 1–3 years of hospitalist medicine experience preferred; knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred - New York medical license and current registration required; DEA licensure required - Salary $120,000–$180,000 annually based on experience
