Description: Columbia, SC area Hospital is seeking Locum CRNA to provide coverage starting 9/28/2026 - Schedule Details: Monday-Friday, 10hr 7a-5p - $255/hr - No call - Bread and butter CRNA - Patient Age Group: 12yrs + older (95% adults, 5% peds) - EMR/Documentation System: Epic - Small community hospital with 7 ORs and one endo suite inclusive of an on campus outpatient surgery center. - Patient Volume: 30+ cases a day inclusive of out of OR cases - Medical directed ACT model with 4:1 ratio. - Unit Details: General anesthesia, spines, ventilation, arterial line placement. - Mostly ortho, spines, gyn, eyes, plastics, general OR cases. - Out of OR cases include GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage may be asked. - Requirements: SC license, DEA, NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS (all certs required through AHA), flu vaccine - Minimum experience required: 2 years
