Description: Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join an academic practice serving a diverse and medically complex patient population --Full-time faculty position; outpatient primary care for adult patients --Supervise and teach internal medicine residents throughout their three-year residency program; serve as clinical preceptor and mentor --Participate in didactic teaching, curriculum development, and faculty meetings --Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, pharmacy, behavioral health, and care coordination --Engage in quality improvement, scholarly activities, and population health initiatives within an NCQA-recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home model --Prior academic or teaching experience preferred but not required; New York medical license required or ability to obtain --Competitive academic salary: $220,000–$270,000 commensurate with experience --Eligibility for university faculty appointment with opportunities for promotion and professional development --Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave
