Description: Psychiatric hospital is seeking a BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Open to Medical Director or Staff Psychiatrist role - Full-time, W2, employed position - Monday–Friday, on-site only - No call for Medical Director; staff psychiatrist participates in call rotation of 1 weekend per month - Child and adolescent inpatient caseload of 16 patients per day (ages 4–17) - Facility serves children, adolescents, adults, and military individuals and families; provides mental health, substance abuse, and detox treatment - Duties include rounding, admissions, follow-ups, medication management, discharge summaries, treatment team participation, and APRN supervision; Medical Director responsibilities added for that role - Additional compensation for APRN supervision and weekend rounding/on-call; no visa candidates accepted - Competitive base salary aligned with MGMA; Medical Director stipend (if applicable); production bonus potential; signing bonus negotiable - Medical education loan repayment assistance (no PSLF) and relocation allowance if moving - CME, PTO, paid malpractice insurance, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits - Kentucky medical license required or ability to obtain
