Description: Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a hospital-employed practice with two existing CV Surgeons - Integrated Heart Center consisting of interventional, structural heart, EP, and general cardiology - Full scope of adult cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery - 1:3 call rotation - Fellowship in transcatheter valve and complex aortic surgery preferred; experience preferred but not required - Cardiovascular procedures including CABG (endoscopic vein harvest, multi-arterial grafting), arrhythmia surgery, endovascular surgery, thoracic aortic surgery, aortic aneurysm repair, TEVAR, TAVR, and valvular repair/replacement - General thoracic procedures including lobectomy, wedge resections, VATS, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, mediastinoscopy, thoracic trauma, management of pleural/pericardial collections, and treatment of emphysema and mediastinal disease - Open heart and minimally invasive valvular procedures including aortic and mitral valve repair/replacement, tricuspid valve repair, surgical closure of septal defects, and management of rheumatic disease - Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Paid time off and retirement plan - Comprehensive health and well-being benefits - Student loan repayment assistance - Early-commitment residency stipend - CME allowance and dedicated CME days - Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage - Marketing and practice growth support
