Description: Rochester area seeking Locum Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant --Days: M-F 8a-5p, 8-9 hours --No call --Availability: Full-time preferred, would be interested in 2-3 weeks a month --Length of Contract: 6 months --Float: potential 1-2 days a week --Staff on unit: 3 physicians, 3 NP, 3 RN, 2 LPN, 6 MA, Other: 4 --All outpatient care, with low-moderate acuity level --Number of beds: 15 exam rooms --Patient Ratios: 20-25 patients per day --Automated Medication dispensing system: no --Charting: yes, AI ambient scribe, EPIC --Majority of the work is diabetes care. --Any prior experience with CGM analysis and/or insulin pump management would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary; no other procedures done. --Required: Board Certification, NY license, AHA or RQI certs, Minimum 2 years experience --Must have EPIC experience
