Description: Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine APP to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services. • Outpatient clinical role – no inpatient • Standard office hours (Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm) • Protected administrative time (4.5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week) - 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours • Call Schedule: Minimal, shared among all providers on a 1:7 to 1:8 rotation • Cerner EMR • Support Staff: The APP will have a dedicated nurse and access to support from medical assistants. • Average Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day • Patient Census: Primarily adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases • Demographics: A mix of rural and suburban patients, with common cases such as hypertension, diabetes, and routine wellness checks, etc. • Visit Types: Sick visits, follow-ups for chronic conditions, annual physical exams, and acute care visits, etc. • Typical Procedures: In-office procedures include minor dermatologic procedures, joint injections, skin biopsies, routine vaccinations, and women’s health screenings. • Sign-on Bonus: $5k sign-on bonus to assist with the transition. • Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median): 110-130k +/- • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. • Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt. • CME Allowances: 5 days off a year / $2k a year • Malpractice Insurance/Tail Coverage: Coverage provided by CMC. • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and ample paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance (24 Days PTO).
