Description: Facility is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our rural outreach clinic - Enjoy a standard 4.5-day work week (36 patient contact hours/4 admin hours) with no weekend or holiday requirements. - Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and a half-day Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) - Outpatient Only: Utilize our robust hospitalist program; no hospital coverage or rounding is required. - Each physician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). The clinic is also supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). - Streamline your day with Epic EMR and DeepScribe AI for automated note-taking. - Guaranteed Salary: Highest Base Salary in Mid-Michigan that comes with a two-year guarantee. - Bonuses: $30,000 Commencement Bonus plus additional productivity (wRVU) and quality incentive opportunities. - Student Loan Assistance: Up to $20,000 annually; 501(c)3 status qualifies for PSLF eligibility. - Generous PTO: 37 days of paid time off annually. - Additional Perks: $5,000 CME allowance, paid malpractice, and moving allowance. - H VISA OK
