Description: Southern Pennsylvania facility seeking Locum ENT Physician --Shift Details: clinic hours 8a-4:30pm (30 minute lunch), OT 7:30am – 3:30or 4pm --Schedule: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month --Open Dates: - Dec 23(7am)-29(7am) 24 hour call --Support Staff: medical assistants and clinical support assistants --Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 OR days per month, 7 clinic days per month --Patients per day: clinic 26-27, surgeries per day 6, 24 hour call – 0-2 hours callback --Patient Population: all ages in clinic, surgery for outpatient is all ages if being admitted transferred to another facillity --EMR: EPIC --Special Procedures: general ENT --Preferred: comfortable parathyroid, Cochlear™ Baha --Required: BC/BE, PA license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, Minimum 1 year experience
