Description: Facility is seeking Family Medicine physician to join our primary care team - Traditional Office hours – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Willing to discuss 4 day work week with longer daily hours.) - Call: No more than 5 days per month of backup phone call. - Outpatient only positions available and also looking for physicians who are interested in providing pediatric, newborn and c-section support (in addition to outpatient work). - All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventative health care to diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. - Large demand for services with a supportive team of colleagues and staff. - EPIC EMR - CME Allowance - Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) - Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance - Short-Term and Long-Term disability - Professional Liability with tail coverage - Relocation Allowance - Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans
