Description: Central Pennsylvania Clinic is seeking Locum BC/BE Urologist to provide float pool coverage - Dates currently needed: May 15th 7A-May 18th 7A June 1st 7A-June 5 7A June 8th 7A-June 12th 7A June 22nd -June 26th 5P August 3rd 7A-Aug 7th 5P - Contract Length: 6 months - 24 hour call - Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hr lunch) - Amount of coverage needed: full weeks ongoing - Support Staff: Office/Clinic 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN - Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call - We mix cysto/ stent procedures with office visits usually around 24-28 patients could be less unless there is an urgent need should not be more. - EMR System: EPIC - Trauma level: 1 - Robotic surgery?: Yes - Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's - Scope- Yes - if that is part of their practice. Not required. - Office equipment available: Cycstiscope and Towers - Injections - Core procedures required: Vasectomy - Yes Vasectomy reversal - Yes - Not a mandatory procedure Cystoscopy - Yes in OR Prostate procedures Yes Ureteroscopy - Yes in OR Penile pilcation Penile implants - Rare Lithotripsy - Yes Circumcision - OB Manages for Children - Possibility on rare occasions while I call if OB would need support. Orchiopexy - Yes - Required: PA license, DEA, NPDB self-query, minimum 1 year experience
