Description: Seeking a Pediatric Palliative Care Specialist to join our expanding palliative care team.
--This full-time position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, providing exceptional care and support to pediatric patients and their families.

--Dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in pediatric palliative care
--Consultative inpatient and ambulatory care
--Home Care based program for patients nearing end-of-life

--Supportive and nurturing environment with staff and other subspecialties
--We welcome applications from BC/BE pediatric palliative care boarded physicians, as well as CAPC certified physicians with relevant experience.

Community/Facility info: The region's pediatric referral center for 20 Ohio counties and eastern Indiana. There is a full-time dedication to caring for infants, children and teens. Specially trained and experienced pediatric specialists in over 35 specialty areas work as a team to make sure the medical and psychosocial needs of children and their families are met. We offer Board-certified pediatric specialists in over 35 areas, including cardiology, newborn medicine, critical care, pulmonary medicine, neurosurgery, nephrology, urology, neurology and dermatology. The Pediatric Trauma and Emergency Center is the region's only trauma facility dedicated to caring for children. Our Regional Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit is nationally recognized. Its family focus, low sound and light levels, the use of developmental concepts and its skilled staff help critically ill babies heal faster. The region's only pediatric transport team will bring your infant or child to this facility in one of four mobile intensive care units.
