Description: Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a full-time employed team - Shift: 7am–5pm plus on-call shifts; call 1:4 with post-call day off guaranteed - Required to work independently and supervise others (supervising approximately 99% of cases) - Approximately 6,000 OR cases annually - 700+ deliveries annually with a 50% epidural rate - Approximately 100 cardiac cases annually - Surgical scope includes orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, neurosurgery (95% spine), cardiology (TAVR, Watchman, ASD/PFO), and pediatrics - Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship completion required or TEE certified - Base salary $610,000 with opportunity for incentive bonuses - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - CME allowance with dedicated CME time - Vacation time, paid parental leave, and paid medical leave - Comprehensive benefits package - Pennsylvania medical license required or ability to obtain; valid federal and state narcotics certificates required
