Description: Outpatient Endocrinology Practice is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our team - Join a team of 2 experienced endocrinologists with strong referral relationships and immediate practice development - Full-time Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with a dedicated administrative day - Call: approximately 7–10 weekday call shifts per month; 1:3 weekend rotation - Call consists primarily of phone consultation for ED physicians, hospitalists, OB/GYN, and primary care - No routine in-person call - Broad endocrine case mix including complex Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, insulin pump and CGM management, thyroid disease and thyroid cancer, adrenal and pituitary disorders, parathyroid disorders, osteoporosis, PCOS, Cushing's syndrome, gestational diabetes, and metabolic disorders - Academic and teaching opportunities through a new Internal Medicine Residency Program including resident education, case conferences, curriculum development, and mentorship - Faculty appointments and leadership opportunities available - Minimum 6 years of experience preferred - Experience with insulin pump technology and diabetes devices required - Competitive salary with productivity incentive opportunities - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Student loan repayment assistance - CME allowance with dedicated CME time - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement savings plans; paid time off and paid holidays - Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
