Description: Seeking a Locum Hematology Oncology Physician to join Float Pool --IP Oncology/Hematologist (malignant heme is a must) --Looking for someone that can do inpatient and take call as needed. --Contract Length: End Date: 6 months, possible extensions --Shift Details: Scheduled and on call --Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call --8:00 AM – 4:30 PM --Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time coverage needed (2 week per month minimum) --Support staff: we would have APPs on the IP side to help (on both hematology and oncology), no APP support for taking call and on the weekends, but during the day, they would have APP support. --Patients per day: 30 - 40 shared, 20-23 per day, per provider --EMR: Epic --Special procedures: Malignant hematology required --Skills required: Medical Oncology/solids and Infusion Coverage required --Required: Board Certification: Triple Boarded Required (IM + Heme + Oncology), MN license or IMLC, DEA, BLS, 2 years minimum experience
