Description: Facility is seeking a BC Psychiatrist to serve as Clinical Director of an outpatient behavioral health clinic --Serve as Clinical Director: provide leadership and oversight for patient care, safety, quality improvement, clinic operations, and patient experience --Act as primary resource for clinicians; collaborate with Practice Managers on operational and budgetary matters --Oversee clinician meetings, performance management, supervision, coverage, and call schedules --Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements; develop clinical protocols, policies, emergency procedures, and quality improvement initiatives --Evaluate patients, diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals --Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams; may serve as clinical preceptor for students and residents --Provide consultation to Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers --Academic opportunities available --Experience in clinical leadership within academic medicine preferred --Required: Florida medical license, DEA, BLS
