Description: Seeking an experienced Neonatologist --32-bed Level III NICU --Staffed 24/7 by a Neonatologist and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, who are part of a multidisciplinary team of caregivers providing excellent and cost-effective care to our smallest patients. --In this autonomous position, you will enjoy a practice which includes rounding to discuss and establish plan of care; performance of invasive procedures, and opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education. --Join a team of 7 neonatologists and 4 NNPs, over a dozen pediatric sub-specialists --MFM collaboration and 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist --Salary Range: $366,579 - $437,849 (based on experience) --Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance --Generous paid time off and CME allowance --Retirement plan with employer contribution --Professional society dues and association fee reimbursement --Interview and relocation assistance --Malpractice insurance with tail coverage --Required: BC/BE Neonatal Perinatal Medicine, active IL license/DEA or abiility to obtain
