Description: Facility is seeking a full-time Urologist Physician to join their team - All aspects of adult urologic care - The staff consist of 3 Physicians and 2 NPs - Da Vinci Robot available - Standard in-office procedures - M-F schedule 8 am to 5 pm (can work 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts) - Call 1:6 (1 weekend every 6 weeks and 1 call day a week) - EMR: EPIC - Base Salary 2-year base salary guarantee + wRVU production incentive - CME Allowance - Medical debt assistance + consultative services by Navigate Student Loans - Relocation allowance - Recruitment Loan - Paid malpractice coverage - Health benefits + Retirement plan + optimal 457b plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance
