Description: Central Pennsylvania facility seeking Locum CRNA to start 9/21/2026 --Full time coverage needed --Contract length: 3–6 months with possible extension --Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists/day; 15–18 CRNAs/day; no AAs. --CRNAs work under anesthesiologist medical direction at no more than a 4:1 ratio. --Schedule Details: 10-hour shift, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM --No call --Schedule discussed with Chief CRNA. --Occasional/rare late stay may be needed but is not required. --CRNA will float between 3 facilities --Practice Setting: 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab. --EMR: Cerner. --Approximately 40 anesthesia cases/day, including endoscopy. Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment; examples include 10–15 GI cases, 6–8 cystoscopies, or 3–4 general cases. --Patient Age Group: Adult and pediatric cases; pediatrics not required but helpful. --Procedures: General, ENT with peds, GYN, OB, plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred. OB optional. Opportunity to perform regional blocks and epidurals if desired. Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs. --Required: NBCRNA, PA license
