Description: Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our growing, community-focused hospital - This role is ideal for a GI physician who values a high-quality outpatient practice, strong procedural volume, and exceptional work–life balance within a collegial, supportive environment. - Outpatient-focused practice with occasional inpatient consults - Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m - Approximately 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient - 4-day workweek available to support excellent work–life balance - No traditional call burden - Call limited to answering ED phone calls regarding local treatment vs. transfer - No in-house or overnight call - Strong procedural volume - Previous 0.8 FTE GI averaged ~20 procedures per week - Established procedural focus, including: Upper GI endoscopy, Lower GI endoscopy - Manometry experience welcomed but not required - Interest in adding APP support to optimize physician time in procedure rooms - Collaborative medical staff and highly supportive hospital leadership - No prior resident teaching experience required
