Description: Seeking Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery practice. --This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a fellowship‑trained, board‑certified urogynecologist, as we build a premier pelvic floor center --The APP will work full‑time in a supportive outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders and gynecologic conditions. --Prior urogynecology experience is welcome but not required—extensive training and mentorship are provided. --Evaluate and manage conditions including urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and vulvar/vaginal disorders --Conduct new patient and follow‑up visits --Provide postoperative care and patient education --Review labs and imaging; coordinate care with referring providers --Participate in quality improvement and assist with triage --Train to independently perform and interpret urodynamic studies under the supervision of our physician --One‑on‑one mentorship with a fellowship‑trained urogynecologist --Opportunity to develop a highly specialized skill set --Meaningful, relationship‑based patient care --Key role in a growing regional center of excellence --Professional growth within a rapidly expanding specialty --Highly Competitive compensation $120k-140K --CME stipend --Full Malpractice Insurance (Occurrence) --Health, Vision, Dental Benefits
