Description: Medical Center is seeking Locum Uro-Hospitalist to provide inpatient coverage - Current Open Dates: December 24 – January 4 - Typical day will include 24-hour call, rounding, answering consults, handling any urgent/emergent cases that come in through the ED as needed, and operating as needed as well - Must be comfortable with OPEN trauma cases, including but not limited to stab wounds and gun shot wounds that involve the kidneys or testicles, bladder repair, etc. - Must also be comfortable with standard Urologic Procedures including stone care, stents, caths, cystoscopes, torsions (peds included), incidental appendectomy, adrenal surgery, hernia repair, endourology procedures, hand assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy, etc. - Must be comfortable being the sole Urologist on site - Level 2 trauma center - Very busy and fast paced facility - EMR = EPIC - Required SC license, BC/BE in Urology, CSR, DEA
