Description: Out-Patient Clinic is seeking Locum Dentist to provide coverage starting ASAP - Schedule: Flexible - Clinic is open Tues-Sun 8a-4p (8a-1p Sun) - Hours: 8-4 or 8-5 depends on docs preference for lunch (some like to work through) - Patients Per day: treatments around 9, could change based on procedures (fillings could change) for exams could be around 12 - Need to see all ages. (if they aren’t comfortable seeing 4/5-year-olds and younger that is okay). - Will look at endodontists as well. - MUST be enrolled with Medicaid, or be willing to enroll with Medicaid - Support staff: 2 assistants, hygienist and front desk - EMR: Denticon Planet DDS - Minimum years of experience: okay with new grads - Prefer active IA Dental License
