Description: --Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon w/ Microsurgery skills needed --Build a Microvascular Program while working to support the hospital's Oral & Maxillofacial Service. --This position will join an established, full-time OMFS --The service has a well-developed, broad scope trauma coverage with a large referral base --Develop an advanced reconstruction practice focused on free tissue transfer/ microvascular surgery. --Head and Neck Oncology --Hospital-Based with academic and research opportuinities --Shared OMFS Coverage Call 5–7 days a month --The ideal candidate would have an opportunity to grow (or clinical interest) in Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS), peripheral/orthopedic flap reconstruction and/or sleep medicine. --Base Compensation with wRVU Upside --Insurance: Health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability --Retirement Plans: 403(b) and 457(b) Professional Development: --CME, license, and certification costs are covered --Academic and teaching opportunities available
