Description: Facility is seeking a Hositalist to join its Inpatient Rehabilitation department --Clinical responsibilities are focused entirely on medical management — no procedures required — with intensivist coverage available through closed ICUs at the primary facility. --Position offers a chance to build expertise within a specialized rehab patient population, backed by the resources and stability of a large, hospital-affiliated physician group. --Schedule & Coverage - Day shifts run 7 AM–7 PM (12 hours), totaling 15 shifts monthly - Scheduling is flexible and not structured around a traditional block rotation - No after-hours or on-call obligations outside of scheduled shift hours - Admissions are distributed equitably between attending physicians via a dedicated communication channel, keeping census balanced --Written summaries and verbal handoffs are built into the workflow, supporting smooth, efficient shift transitions. --Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary, scaled to hospital medicine experience - $20,000 sign-on bonus -$15,000 relocation package - Student loan forgiveness eligibility - Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage for individuals and families
