Description: Central Pennsylvania facility seeking a Locum Hospitalist to start as soon as credentialed Contract Length: ongoing --12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM or 11 AM - 11 PM) --Schedule: 16 shifts per month (4x12s per week) --No call --Support Staff: 10 Physicians, 6 Physician Assistants; Intensivist support during prime hours --Patients per day: 18+ patients; low-level PA supervision --Patient Population/Age: Adult (18+) --Well-established hospitalist group with 12+ years of experience. Collegial environment with strong specialty support including Critical Care, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care. --No trauma. Approx 35,000 ER visits annually. --Coverage includes 12 ICU beds for vents and basic ICU care (especially nights and some weekends). --EMR: EPIC --Skills Required: Inpatient hospitalist experience; ability to manage ICU-level patients (basic care) --Required: BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, PA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS --Minimum Experience Required: At least 270 inpatient encounters in past 12 months OR completion of ARC-PA program within past 12 months --Open Dates: June 2,3,4 7a-7p (12 hours) June 22-30 7a-7p (12 hours) July 4 7a-7p (12 hours) July 5 7a-7p (12 hours) July 6 7a-7p (12 hours) July 7 11a-11p (12 hours) July 20 7a-7p (12 hours) July 21 7a-7p (12 hours) July 22 7a-7p (12 hours) July 23 7a-7p (12 hours) July 24 7a-7p (12 hours) July 25 7a-7p (12 hours) July 26 7a-7p (12 hours) July 27 7a-7p (12 hours) July 28 7a-7p (12 hours) July 29 7a-7p (12 hours) July 30 11a-11p (12 hours) July 31 11a-11p (12 hours) Additional dates TBD
